At GRAPHY TEE, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, so we’ve outlined our refund and return policy to ensure a smooth and straightforward experience for our customers.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., shirts with custom prints).
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds may not be granted for:

  • Items that do not meet our return criteria (e.g., worn or damaged).
  • Returns received after the 30-day return window.

3. Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order. Exchanges are not processed automatically.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on your preference and product availability.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product, or an error on our part.
  • Original shipping fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

6. How to Return an Item
